MCS chain and rope testing machines are built to a loading accuracy of ±1%, as per Grade A of BS 1610 and Grade 1.0 of IS 1828, the accuracy class used for proof-load and break-load certification.

In the UAE, product conformity is overseen by the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT), and laboratories that issue accredited reports work under EIAC (Emirates International Accreditation Centre). With the optional Windows-based software, load and elongation can be recorded for test certificates.
